Volvero is a drive sharing app where owners can share their vehicles with drivers. Our app creates a system in which one can have access to a car, a motorcycle, or commercial vehicle in the most efficient and sustainable way saving time and money. By registering on our platform owners can set the sharing time, distance, price, and other terms, being able to accept or decline drivers’ request. At the same time, drivers are able to choose any vehicle and terms of sharing that best suit their needs. With the help of AI and advanced technologies, Volvero guarantees maximum security and transparency providing necessary information such as the performance of owners, drivers, and vehicles. Overcoming outdated paperwork, Volvero creates smart contracts at the start of the ride while one of a kind built-in insurance covers drivers and all kinds of vehicles.

Modern society is in need of new efficient transportation alternatives. Indeed, public transport is crowded, inflexible or absent, especially in extra-urban areas. At the same time, car rental services are rigid and expensive, thus people not owning a private vehicle are restricted from free movement. Still, car ownership is not feasible taking into account that the society is facing a high underutilization of vehicles with cars not being used 96% of the time occupying parking spaces and producing pollution. This includes corporations that own vehicles that could be monetized and car dealers that are looking for new business models as millennials are not interested in car purchasing. The problem, therefore, has three dimensions which are people in need of economic transportation for different needs, owners in need of reducing their vehicles’ costs, and the issue of overproduction and under usage of vehicles contributing to pollution and waste of resources.

Volvero is a game-changer in the market thanks to the technology innovation leaps. Volvero is wisely leveraging advanced technologies matched with a car-sharing service. It offers an internally created insurance policy that covers various types of vehicles (cars, motorcycles, recreational vehicles, vans, etc.) of private and commercial owners. Moreover, it uses technology for data analytics of drivers’ behaviors. The software embedded in the app is based on data produced by the sensors of the mobile phones of drivers (satellite data, gyroscope and accelerometer). It collects data while driving and performs data analytics (AI) to give scores to users and third parties reducing hazardous conducts of users through gamification by rewarding them with credits that can be spent in the partnership program. All data, contracts and insurances are stored in a distributed ledger (blockchain) allowing for improved data transparency, reliability and maximum security.

Volvero operates on a B2C & P2P vehicle sharing business model. Vehicle owners list their cars on the platform for rental when not in use, generating income from their assets. Users can book these vehicles for their transportation needs, paying a fee for the rental. Volvero generates revenue through a commission on each successful booking, ensuring a seamless transaction process. Additionally, the platform can introduce subscription plans for regular users, providing a steady source of income. Furthermore, Volvero explores the wider business-to-consumer (B2C) opportunity by offering its platform to car rental companies in B2B partnerships, enabling them to expand their reach and provide their customers with a convenient fully digitalised sharing solution. An extension to our business model is the white labeling solution, where other companies use Volvero’s technology under their brand for their vehicle sharing needs. This innovative business model leverages the sharing economy trend and addresses the growing demand for sustainable and cost-effective mobility solutions. With potential revenue streams from both individual users and B2B partnerships, Volvero is positioned for growth in the evolving transportation landscape.
